At boltravira, we stand behind the quality of our financial analysis training. Sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we get that. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

When You Can Request a Refund
Not every situation qualifies for a refund, but we try to be reasonable. Here are the main scenarios where we'll consider your request.
Early Withdrawal
If you withdraw within 14 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials, you qualify for a full refund.
Technical Issues
Major technical problems on our end that prevent you from accessing content for more than 72 consecutive hours may qualify you for a partial refund.
Program Cancellation
If we cancel or significantly restructure a program after you've enrolled, you're eligible for a full refund of any unused portion.
Medical Circumstances
Documented medical emergencies that prevent program completion may qualify for consideration on a case-by-case basis.
How the Refund Process Works
Submit Your Request
Email us at info@boltravira.world with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. Include any supporting documentation if relevant.
Review Period
We'll review your request within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when we start the review and again when we reach a decision.
Decision Notification
We'll send you a detailed explanation of our decision. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected processing timeline.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method.
Common Refund Scenarios
Full Refund Eligibility
You're entitled to a 100% refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have accessed less than 20% of course materials. This includes watching videos, downloading resources, or participating in live sessions.
Processing time for full refunds is typically 7-10 business days from approval.
Partial Refund Situations
Partial refunds may be available between days 15-30 of enrollment. The amount is calculated based on unused content and services. We assess each case individually.
For example, if you've completed 40% of a program, you might qualify for a 60% refund of the remaining value, minus administrative fees.
No Refund Cases
Refunds aren't available after 30 days of enrollment, or if you've completed more than 50% of program content. We also can't refund programs where you've received certification or completed assessments.
This protects the integrity of our credentials and ensures fair access to materials.
Special Circumstances
Life happens. Medical emergencies, family crises, or unexpected job relocations might warrant exceptions. We review these requests individually and may offer alternatives like program transfers or extended access instead of refunds.
Documentation is usually required for special consideration.
Payment Methods and Processing Times
How quickly you receive your refund depends on your original payment method. Here's what to expect for each option.
Credit Card
Refunds appear within 5-7 business days after processing. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Debit Card
Similar to credit cards, expect 5-7 business days. Some banks process debit refunds faster than credit.
Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfers take 7-10 business days. We'll need your current banking details if they've changed.
PayPal
Usually the fastest option at 3-5 business days. Funds return to your PayPal balance automatically.
Important Things to Remember
Administrative fees of 5% apply to partial refunds to cover processing costs. Full refunds within the 14-day window don't incur fees.
Access to all course materials ends immediately upon refund approval. Download any resources you want to keep before submitting your request.
Refunds for bundled programs are calculated based on the individual course values, not the discounted bundle price you paid.
If you paid in installments, refunds are calculated against the full program price, not just payments made to date.
Currency exchange rates may affect refund amounts if your original payment and refund occur at different exchange rates.
Third-party fees (like international transaction fees your bank charged) aren't included in refunds. We only refund what we received.
